WANTED: a really-serious-about-customers customer

In the past 20 years I worked with organizations and their customers. What strikes me in this experience is that most of them bought and implemented CRM systems from a variety of vendors, but none of them started with being serious about all their relationships with: customers, suppliers, employees and other connections. Do you recognize this phenomenon?

The maturity level of thinking about a future with all your relations is very different. From level 1 (taking care of sending Christmas cards) to level 4 (being serious about marketing/events and relationship management), but none of them are serious about the cultural change you need to make before buying an application. Or serious about changing business processes to facilitate employees being customer centric. Making all your relations the top priority on your list in order to continue your business and your organizational goals, that’s what I’m looking for.
I’m willing, to whom is interested in really implement CRM as a way of life, to invest together in this idea and proof to the world that this is the only way to go if you’re serious about being in business.

I know that it will take 1 to 2 years to implement such a way of life. Therefore I’m offering 1/3 of my normal fee if you and your organization are committed to this initiative.
